Only a few weeks have passed since the events chronicled in House of the Lord. As a matter of fact, it happens to be Halloween already. Having turned eighteen, Ginny is now able to legally get married with Brandon. As per Commander Travers’ last request, Locke took over as acting Commander, but things have not been going well.
Despite having reason to celebrate a joyous occasion, Equinox finds that although they won the battle, they have not won the war. They have found the Cup of Woes, true, but with Lusoff out of the way, the vampires are free to focus their full attention on the city once m Undying The Story So Far

Ginny had washed up and changed clothes, and was only now sitting in on the briefing. Holly had also returned, her robes as fresh as they had been newly woven, and beaming radiantly at all of them. Commander Travers had them all bow their heads in a moment of silence for all those who had fallen during this seemingly-endless war.
Now it seemed it was about to reach a critical turning point. With a victory here, they could vanquish Lusoff once and for all, sending his minions with him back to the depths of Hell. Dante’s reappearance at Heavenly Bodies was the spark that set off the powder keg. With Kincaid and Tatsel at each other’s throats, and the others at a heightened state of tension, it was only a matter of time until it all went off. Alaric engaged Dante while Kincaid clashed with Tatsel. Scarlet leapt for Serena, only to be intercepted by Alexa. The Firesteel and the Doom’s Disguise met repeatedly and rang off each other. In terms of fighting skill, the brothers were evenly matched. When it came to ferocity however, Kincaid had no equal. His kills were often ruthless and swift. Tatsel had a House of the Lord: chap 5

Since I'm so bored at the current moment, I suppose I'll update this here journal for a change. It'll be a real lark. Anyhow, work has commenced on #13, In the Presence of Enemies, at long last. Not much has gotten accomplished much, though. But I did only start it today, so that's to be expected. Hence the title of the entry. I thought about including some Dream Theater lyrics, but the song doesn't actually mention ItPoE. And the title was gonna be "Master of Puppets", but I changed it. Other than that, not much else to report. Going home for Thanksgiving break tmrw night after class. Still have two, but at least not Philosophy. Oh well.

That about sums it up. Bmannn out.
